Movement, Relaxation & Fitness
We welcome you to our new movement, relaxation and fitness oasis. Let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere and enjoy beneficial courses with our BergSpa team. The course schedule can be downloaded directly here. The offer is included in the room rate for hotel guests.
The exercise room has an exercise bike, dumbbells and a unique Kinesis training device.
Since we have the wonderful nature right in front of our door, you can also enjoy it on our spinning bikes on the terrace. You can also use the nature in summer as well as in winter for jogging, biking, cross-country skiing, walking and much more.

Do you prefer to enjoy our sauna in the classic Finnish way or the gentle way with bio-temperatures? Or do you like the interplay of the Kneipp way with warm and cool showers? You may contact us at the BergSpa-Wellcome at any time if you would like a special infusion. Of course, you may also make an infusion yourself.

Family adventure pool and steam bath
In the 32 degree warm family pool and the children’s paddling pool, the big and the small can really let off steam.
Can you manage to touch the bottom?
Around the pool, there are comfortable deckchairs where you can relax and read a book. For adults who would like to swim, the Hotel Lenzerhorn indoor pool (28°C) with counter-current system is available. For quieter hours and moments of enjoyment, you can (from 14 years) use the whirlpool of the Hotel Lenzerhorn.
